Tapscott called it wikinomics, Leadbetter named it we-think, Howe hit on the ideal moniker in crowdsourcing, and Surowiecki termed it what it is - the wisdom of the crowds. Whatever you want to call this emerging power of mass collaboration, what is becoming clearer every day is that companies need to harness it, and use it to manage their businesses. They need to crowdmanage.
